Some things to consider when selling property and doing a seller finance and considering the tax aspects.If your gain is not that much - you may prefer just receiving the full payment in the year of sale and not doing a seller financed deal.If the gain is a lot - you may prefer to spread the gain over several years.You also have an interest component that you can charge the buyer which you may find beneficial.Good luck on the sale!
