I have a place to get rid of almost anything , I have a pile of water heaters, washers and dryers, lawn mowers all metal and a couple of cars all in the back of a lot of mine , looks like JUNK , but its about $ 4000.00 of scrap steel .I will load a truck with old wood furniture , tables bed sets etc and take them to a auction 50 miles away and I adverage , $ 500 a trip when I clean out a house .

Been looking for almost a month now with no answers in sight. credit is 720 3 homes free and clear with a value of 375k own a total of 8 sfr investment props all cashflowing well netting about 40k/year on top of my job and her job and we spend very little to live on in our general lives. ...someone must be able to get me cash out on this?

@Bill Kenny it is really tough to give ballparks across different metro areas, but as a contractor I'll do my best to give you a sight-unseen quote (which I never do for actual jobs) so you should have some rough idea of what you're looking for.1) Outside drainage issues is too vague--do you mean fix the soil so it is sloping away from your home?

Wood floors are an even bigger problem and may not ever be smell free if any ran under a wall.What I do on cement floors to remove the smell depends on what flooring I will replace the carpet with.

Besides Zillow (for what its worth) have come across a number of other sights ie neighborhoodscout, rentrange, rentometer etc that can provide some area insights but nothing beats actually going out to kick the tires.

For brands runtal is okay but I haven't had a problem with any brand even older ones, knock on wood.
