@Han Oo I don't see an issues with holding a property in your personal name as long as you are protected with insurance/riders...but those certainly are not bullet proof...I have SFR property in my personal name that I bought a long time ago and never transferred it over...honestly not too worried about, but its on the list of things to do.

But just be wary of how conventional/FHA/commercial loans work with primary/residential/commercial/rental propertiesFor example: commercial loans don't usually require a seasoning period, but they wont loan on a primary A 5% conventional loan will be good for a primary house hack, but you cant tack on a contruction loan and there's a seasoning period before you can exit itcan be done, but do your research so you have good exit strategies

I have "skin in da game" as I am actively making offers and if I get it I wholesale it off to a better positioned, more seasoned cash investor assuming there is enough " meat on the bone".
