We also believe in a more fixed rate of 7%-10% for monthly rent/late fees collected and do everything we can to minimize other expenses to the owner.We do, however, charge an initial lease up fee (but no lease renewal fee) in the amount of 1 months rent.

I added myself and the buyers as additional insured.Since that time the old insurance policy expires the end of this month without the option to renew since the former owners had made multiple claims against their insurance policy.

There have been several maintenance calls, largely for plumbing issues which we've taken care of quickly, so hopefully the tenant likes the apartment and service they've received and will renew the lease when it expires at the end of January.

Today we receive a notice in the mail from the property management company/ owner dated December 29th 2014 informing us that they have decided to sell and that our lease will not be renewed, which again is expiring in 9 days ?

There's also the cost of the class, the test and continuing education credits you have to get to keep your license.I got overwhelmed with it all and kind of lost focus for a while but I have renewed my efforts to work on my investing career.It definitely works great for me to have my own license because i like to do things myself and on my own time.
