I have had to relocate a window or two to make it work but on a complete renovation, I plan on doing that anyway.

I'll be looking for a bank that does it that has a national presence in case I ever have to relocate with work.

We want to wait after relocation season (which they don't have anywhere else than in Quebec, everyone moves on 1st July here) and to know our buildings and clients. 

Also I have about 1-2 years before I fully move so my goal is to have a small portfolio when I arrive:) I am familiar with the midwest area and will relocate there so looking at IL, MI, OH region.

Logistics and details are another story.Is it reasonable to say if I agree to take on the expense of all this work if she agrees to pay for moving/pod + temp relocation?

Hello, so I am in a situation right now where I have a four bedroom 1 bath single-family home that at the moment has the laundry room hook ups in the kitchen and the kitchen is fairly small so I am trying to give the kitchen more space by relocating the laundry room into the smallest bedroom.
