.:)Read everything you can on these forums (you'll find a quite a bit of information online for free).Join a local real estate club and network..ask tons of questions and get out there.As far as courses go - I personally like Ron Legrand's "Wholesale/Retail" course.

Because as all cash has said, you can get quite a lot of benefit from selling your own personal residence.If you can't prove that this was your primary residence then I would suggest you read IRS Publication 523.

This has been quite a hot topic and I'm glad to have gotten so much feedback on which services work well and which ones don't.Looking over the options I think that MaxEmail looks like a good choice for me so I'll have to look at it more closely.
