It doesn’t take much, just take some classes and study for the test and pass it.

I have looked a little into possibly taking the exam myself and I suspect that is where I will go for classes.

My goals are to start with 2-4 unit properties that cash flow at least $200-$300 per door, in Class B neighborhoods primed for stability and or growth.

C class unit with some deferred maintenance that will have to be addressed on a ten year time line.

The property is in a B class neigborhood and looks to be mainly cosmetics that makes the property look less than what its worth.I would love some tips on how to further pursue obtaining information on this property thank you.

I was a broker in the state of Texas for about 30 years even though I never did that full time but our state made us go to a class every 2 years and pay a fee. 

Not sure which to pick, either the 2.0 RE system or this Automation Blueprint(which caught my eye). 

The house is a slam dunk too, I picked it up for 33% LTV.

If I picked the wrong location to post my question about verifying a lender, I am sorry but I am not familiar with the subtleties of each location and promiss to pay closer attention in the future.
