@Paul Moore too early to tell what stock pricing will do over the next 3-6 months, but what happened is evidence that the word is out about storage being a "save haven" in recessions.I'd like to point out that what happens to revenues at physical locations will vary based on market and competition.

You have to have a contractor you can trust, a property inspector that can go over the property with a fine tooth comb if you're not familiar with all of the aspects of buying a used home, a lender/broker that has the products and a property manager if you're not experienced or if you have a real job.

Also, for both of those, the signer has to physically appear (meet in person, not online or over the phone) before a notary, so anyone other than the signer has any of the documents, it can't be legally notarized because the signer didn't physically appear before the notary.

This whole operation takes a crap-ton of time per location, and every time I do it I start to wonder if "simply" ripping out all the wiring in the entire house wouldn't be just as fast, when momentum and final product is factored.
