Each state has different requirements and will treat their own LLCs a little bit differently, which means some states are more appealing than others in regards to real estate investors. 

Seniors who have been in their home 15-20 or more years are often ready to downsize or move into assistance.Homeowners with Low Financial Stability Scores may be  ready to get out from under their mortgage.The idea that they don't need to fix things up to "show" the house and pay a realtor commission is appealing to these groups.

I lost 2 and a half weeks of work going back and forth to city hall to appeal and get information about what to do, (to be honest it was a waste because they only person that helped was the litigator), I had to take time off for those reasons as well as to meet and let the contractors and engineers inside.

I waited for 12 days and have not heard that the ex-tenant has appealed it.In terms of next steps, I was thinking of the following 3 steps:1.

There's something about doing it yourself, or knowing how and what's been done that appeals to people -- just like inspections.  

The SFH market appeals to a much more diverse group of potential buyers (investors plus retail buyers), so the exit strategy is much more straightforward.Financing on condos can be difficult, too, but you can often find investment condos with a much lower barrier to entry for a cash deal.All of that said, if you can get a crazy good deal on a condo so that you can afford to discount it if necessary when you go to sell and the cashflow offsets the appreciation that you are likely forgoing, I don't see a problem with it. 

I do feel that REI gives you the opportunity to achieve wealth without fame or celebrity, which is fantastic and highly appealing to many.
