Looks like a decent deal from a cashflow perspective.

I recently read the book “Rich sad poor dad” and It changed my whole perspective on what I want to do in life and that is to be financially free as soon as I can accomplish It, my goal I’m shooting for is 22-25.

I respect all perspectives on this forum but just consider how your family will be if they had to deal with everything you’re dealing with.

I think the other commenters made some good points and I can totally relate.For perspective I have some funds and I'm still struggling.

None of us have the full scenario and thus really can't opine from an informed perspective, but those claims are true. 

I appreciate the perspective and it helps remind me that I have so much to learn, and motivates me to find creative options for getting into the business.

It seems like  you are not getting that if you come from the perspective of having to convince someone to do something they don't already want.

@Kyle Bethune this is certainly a unique property from a lending perspective. 

Think of it from an investor perspective: why would you want to give your money to someone without or with a little experience?!
