I would encourage you to look at the dollars per square foot, that the other property sold for and compare it to your property’s dollars per square foot cost.Otherwise, my general feedback is two-fold… the signals we are getting from the Fed are that they are likely pausing rate hikes.

Add $xxx per month for any additional people that move in with a max number of x people that can live in the unit. 

What they didn’t realize (and their agent failed to communicate) was that the home was surrounded by Section 8 housing and neighbors were walking through the property multiple times per day.

It isn't insanely different from regular deal but it is also great not paying high fees for a DSCR loan.
