Little did we know how this would open our hearts to the plight of orphans and human trafficking victims worldwide.The most disadvantaged in our societies, the ones who can’t fight for themselves, often live in the shadows.

My heart goes out to people in each stage because they are all people that want more for themselves and their families.

I do this out of the kindness of my heart.  

If I'm going to be one heart beat away from poverty, I want it to be my heart beat and not someone else's.

If you did, instead of a gun, you'd probably carry around hand-sanitizer, a defibrillator, and sunscreen, as the flu, heart disease and skin cancer are tremendously more likely to kill you (about 40 times more likely) than you being murdered.

It's not a market for the weak hearted investor, or inexperienced property manager.We're probably more concerned about the economic development potential being squashed by high taxes and union dominance, and the state govn. is doing very little of actual benefit to turn things around.

Oh, and I'm willing to help you out as an onsite caretaker until it sells... just out of the goodness of my heart. ;-)

I know this sounds cliche, but how much money can one expect to make if you put your heart and soul into this business(over 5 years, 10 year time period)??
