I need to replace the floor and paint the interior house (walls, trip, 2 doors) The contractor that I worked with him until now raised his prices dramatically and I would like to create a benchmark for me in order to make sure I'm not overpayingI like to ask you from your experience, how much should cost installation of the vinyl floor (materials and work) for 1 sqftAnd how much should cost regular interior paint: (walls, trip, 2 doors)  for 720sqft.

The home only needs new floors and a fresh coat of paint, but is in pretty good condition.

Building itself is around 160K, needs rehab, like new carpet, paint, windows, some tile and kitchens.

Not sure how to define the size of the job...the house needs new flooring over 2000 sq ft, a new updated kitchen, partial or full updates to the 2.5 bathrooms, some drywall and painting throughout.

______Any painting must be cleaned up thoroughly and consistent.

Need to scrape sand fill and paint corners. $500.00All window frames need to be scraped and painted due to chipping paint. $500.00Front steps are wobbling and out of alignment.

General upgrades to the inside, not any major remodel work, paint, flooring, etc.... 

Based on a video walkthrough, the property needs new paint throughout the house, new carpets in all the 3 rooms, new kitchen countertop, new light fixtures and i plan on resurfacing the popcorn ceiling.

That is when you need to replace carpeting, paint walls, replace lights or plumbing fixtures, replace doors and repair windows, etc.
