Here in AZ, title companies have many resources for agents like open house guest registers, free marketing materials to use, and other online tools. 

I see these developments being good for an area but I'm not sure if they will actually be the game changer that many think .plenty of places in the country where there are stadiums but the surrounding area is run down or high crime .I also see investing with negative cash flow being risky .

The reason I hate this response is it doesn't take into account how much being in the game at any level matters.

You may be able to find this online (state/local government websites would be only credible source I'd trust; although, your licensed agent may be able to help.)
