What is your process when you acquire an asset with tenants in place as far as background checks and anything else you would do?

The family in the process of liquidating the assets, allowed me the chance to purchase it first.

Being single, I have a little more flexibility in my decision making and it’s a lot to learn but I’m enjoying the process.

If they don't have a process and next steps and aren't treating it like a business I wouldn't b e working with a group like that.

experience going through the program and home buying process do you bring forth a property you were interested in buying or do they provide the person a list of homes they could potentially buy?

I don't want this to be a charity case , so I'm trying to figure out a way to "purchase" or "finance" the house without actually going through the traditional home buying process. 

Purchase price: $42,000 Cash invested: $82,500 Purchased for Fix & Flip or BRRRR, currently ongoing.

On the other hand, if you feel like you need some hand holding on your 1st deal, definitely, definitely, look into working with a realtor to help you with the process.
