I have no yet graduated to the level of intelligence to realize that real assets are far better than gambling on stock market and its derivatives.  

I invested in Al Aiello's Master Machine and expected to receive a bunch of forms that I'd simply fill out, add my own special touches and file with the state.What I received was at least 80 pages of "information" (with numerous links) which amounted to my getting a Phd in Accounting and Business if I read it all, plus hours and hours of audio recordings (more "information") and a "quick and concise" 70+ minute video, also "teaching me" and giving me "information".

There are numerous niche's in real estate.

So I like picking up cash flowing properties, getting a nice boost in equity through some sweat equity, then riding out high cash flow and 3-4% appreciation from there.I understand why some people will take negative cash flow and try to pick the next big appreciation book market…but that feels less like passive income through investing and more like gambling to me.

They lost my paperwork numerous times, they asked for absolutely crazy things like my tax filing extension, the actual thing, not a copy or certified copy.  

I was approached numerous times by folks that said hey we can raise the money my fee is going to be X to help you do that. 

There are NUMEROUS lenders, mainly conventional that don't have seasoning requirements.
