@Justin Staples very broad questions but I’d say you should have great pictures to capture more bookings, create house rules that protect your property from damages, provide a very clean place and great communication, and if you are on top of that, Airbnb will naturally promote you as person who responds fast and provides a clean place, etc which helps your place get promoted.

They are mostly metal boxes sitting on slabs on concrete: not much to go wrong there outside of natural disasters. 

They are speculative by nature so even the best specialists can't get them all done  ( some are literally impossible ).

This could open more doors by not having to give the tenants' notice, but letting the units turn naturally and rehabbing one by one.

@Manuel Salce I forgot to mention, this works well near the universities in Bridgeport where there’s already a natural tenancy for separate tenants in each room. 

I have also learned that the asbestos is normally in the tile under a vinyl cover so the tile does not exude asbestos naturally but can if it is broken up while being removed.   

City water, electricity and natural gas are at the property.  

Naturally, they get first lien position if it's owned free-and-clear.

Naturally, I moved into the bottom unit as a good investor would do so.
