So my suggestion would be to do the same thing and not just go for the ski chalet (unless you get a beautiful deal) since there are so many of those and go for a niche property instead.

The weather is great and the people are beautiful.

It’s not really great if you love being right next to nature Or or hiking areas, the beach so you’re in the middle of the island everything is going to take a half hour drive or even longer, if they’re OK with walking in man-made parks and going to the gym then yeah this is a great place very quiet very well-maintained very safe .They would beCompeting with Military renters who get pretty large rental subsidy’s.

No disrespect to anyone but the last thing that this beautiful platform of investing harmony needs is a cliquish prove you are worthy to be in my digital presence atmosphere.

I think.We have this system dialed down to the hour on market.But I am seriously smart and brilliant and beautiful, and smeksie so be sure to put your margin of safety in your equation accounting for  the "I-am-not-as-sexy-as jerryll" factor.
