Put in a media room, an outdoor shooting range, a jacuzzi, firepit, horse shoe pit, have wifi and smart tv's, gas and charcoal grills, kegorator, boxing ring, free weights; and you'll have something similar to one of my larger houses.

All of my clients are pretty much millionaires to multi-millionaires.The larger box sizes of 60k to100k sq ft if in a good location will easily get re-adapted with a new tenant or mixed use.

those are probably all of the most expensive big box stores to go to, I use direct vendors and large wholesale orders to minimize my expenses usually saving me about avg 30% overhead cost as compared to what youll pay there

Tell him you will be there at a set time to check on his progress and show up with people who can help move boxes if needed. 

@Sayantan Satpati I am an investor/developer and agent but I loathe the term “investor friendly” as it gives me nightmares of dealing with somebody that is going to kick tires for two years in various different markets and kill twenty hours of my time before buying some **** box 4 plex in Indiana or Missouri because it cash flows an extra $129 a month.
