I don't own my own home, so even the home buying process is new to me.

If you ask the manager to justify a fee and he starts hemming and hawing, move on or require them to remove the fee.

My plan is to move out in two years after I qualify for the possible capital gain tax exclusion so then I can either decide to keep it for 3 additional years (or maybe longer, and forgo the exclusion)and move the home into a LLC.

Looking to see what CRM’s or softwares are out there outside of PropStream or Coles for finding and automating the process of finding scrubbed data for land leads. 

My plan if i get the properties will be to Buy, slightly increase rents (as they are currently 200 behind market,) as tenants move out, renovate the properties with my BRRRR team in between ongoing Single family homes.       

What is the process like?

Since this has been a goal of mine for years, I am really eager to move in and start my real estate journey.

Specifically:How are you planning to adjust your renovation and selling processes to comply with these new disclosure requirements?

Is this just the numbers for after you move out?
