I would say that some of the fringes of the good areas mentioned are seeing a lot of investor activity as prices rise and people try to squeeze the margins.

Since then I have closed 10 deals as an agent (5 of them closed in January), currently have 7 active listings & 4 deals under contract.

My numbers reflect that increase of taxes.As for managing the property Nah…I love peace of mind not having to manage it.

But that seems to say that if you're engaging in such activities, you MUST be licensed which wouldn't be anti-wholesale.Could you point me to where you heard wholesaling as a Realtor is illegal in Maryland?
