If your income changes from $700/mo to $2500/mo because you sold an asset or made some holiday money (and assuming it's reported), the recipient's share of medical costs for that month is every dollar over a certain amount (calculated on cost of living and housing for the area).

Someone - presumably him - broke into my room while nobody was home (Tom had a medical appt or something) and stole $1,000+ of stuff I had bought and was planning to resell.Joe is gone and I'm never gonna see my stuff - some of which is rare and irreplaceable - again but I'm sore about the whole thing and I think Tom has some responsibility.Tom just shrugs and continues to live for free and drink like a fish on my rent money.What do you think?

Now, I might compromise to the extent of a medical board and then my attorney, the last thing you want is a doctor that is not held accountable....and I thought that whole tea bagger thing was about holding people accountable....Good example is Germany, doctors can not be sued and the people call them butchers!
