You can always find properties on the RMLS....but you may be limiting yourself if you prefer to find them only off the RMLS.Or you can find properties by driving for dollars, tax delinquencies, networking with agents or property managers, foreclosures, eviction proceedings, word of mouth, door knocking, making a website, facebook marketplace, wholesalers, etc.
