The main factor for me, if I try to correct the tax records, it might end up getting into higher tax bracket and it may not be attractive investment anymore, but the big question I have is, will the city/county put it into higher tax bracket if we increase number of rooms and dont have to increase sq ft size at the tax records?

This will avoid needing to foreign qualify your out-of-state entity in the State you are buying the property in.However I am wondering, if I am forming an LLC, with the sole purpose of buying tax liens (I am a foreign national btw), and I don't wish to limit my tax liens acquisition in just 1 State, but instead buy tax liens all over the US..Do i need to foreign qualify my LLC in EVERY State I buy these liens in?

If you are going to start your mgmt llc, then you need 2 bank accounts and 1 saving.Mgmt LLC will need a bank accountthe Property LLC will need an Operating Checking and Saving (for tenant deposits)This isn't for tax purposes, but for accounting purposes.
