I didn't know if I needed a CPA in PA or Indianapolis where my investment properties are located.

Fire or major water damage and extensive mold are walk aways for me, but other wouldn't care as long as the price is right.

So I guess what I am trying to say is the 1st thing you should look at before anything else and above anything else is the location.

When you buy a property in a C, D, or any-of-the-subsequent-letters-that-follow location, you are also making a decision about the types of tenant you will attract and the level of management required for that tenant. 

I had to repeatedly travel back to the house over and over for meetings with a specific firm of plumbers that the HOA insisted come there with the brief to persuade me to believe I had pipes leaking under my slab foundation - and push me to pay them for extensive unnecessary works.The previous (independent) pumpers and the engineer had already explored all this and confirmed no such issues The Board started inviting me to take part in the morning meetings they set up monthly to argue with homeowners who have broken rules. 

I am located in Ocotillo too.  

I'm thinking that might be a good location to look for a place to hand my license.I'd really appreciate any thoughts you can share.

I've attempted to bleed air out of the pipe by using the spigot located on the return pipe for that zone right at the boiler.

With a 1031, you are reqyired to place every dollar from the sale.Finally, the investment in the OZ does not need to be real property, but could be a company that generates x% of revenue in OZ.Just make sure the location is recognized by the IRS as a Qualified Opportunity Zone.
