Hello, would like your advice on clearing a problem I have.I house hack a home in Texas and have a detached ADU I’ve rented for years.

PM's are like the market themselves, they seem to go up and down in quality to some degree, plus truthfully you'll find some that are more experienced in specific locations than others are.

I am just getting started out in multi-family investing, so would like look into smaller apartment complexes (less than 10 doors).

Day two was a hard sale on their coaching programs that started at $50k and went down to something like $15k (no, I didn't sign up). 

I like quickbooks because it doesn't require you to pay a monthly subscription and it's got a good reputation.  

Being a tax professional I would say currently it doesn't sound like something you need just yet.

I liked seeing what my colleagues were posting about on my dashboard. 

It looks like my area is approved for that.

So depending on which of those you see as a benefit, you'll likely prefer one or the other. 

@Michael Smythe they definitely made it seem like it was the best way to go lol but I’ve been down the rabbit hole too many times to now know when it seems too good to be true, that’s why I wanted to come on here and get some insight.
