It’s only been a month with the new home and opening up the LLC.I hope that the payments I made to the contractors with the LLC account won’t negatively affect me with taxes etc.I’ll find out soon enough.Thanks again 

An alternative is to get multiple references about who are the top realtors, contractors, and lenders for the area.

For example, at Turnkey Property Group, we hire a third party licensed inspector to give us his professional opinion on the remaining lifespan, and if at least ten years isn’t their opinion, it is immediately replaced.

My husband is a contractor and he is the one that told me with the amount of work they did, it's probably worth about 150K.
