I want to bring down some trees that are very close to the foundation, and redo the kitchens, which are set up in a totally ridiculous way.

You can setup categories, create users with different permissions, etc.When you start a flip you 1: setup a new account 2: create categories (ie, kitchen, bath, plumbing, landscaping, etc, etc) 3: as you make purchases take pictures of the receipts via the phone app and choose the category 4: via the web browser (computer) portal you the administrator can go through and verify all the incoming receipts 5: then you can create reports showing who's spending how much on what very easily”Rafael Norat said, “App folio, buildium, and rentec.

Down the road i could probably rent it for 500$Unit 1 850Unit 2 650After the repairs (The kitchens need new appliances and cabinets and bathrooms need a little work) I would probably end up buying it for almost 15 or 20k more.

If I do come across the spreadsheet (I think I am on the 3rd PC since then) I will try to remember to add the spreadsheet to that discussion.BTW I remember being shocked at the kitchen cap expense.

We installed a brand new roof including all brand new plywood, new wood-look tile flooring, carpet, cabinets, stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, windows, new sliding glass door, ceilings fans, fixtures, replastered and new tile to the pool and put in new pump and filter, landscaping, brand new garage door and opened up the kitchen for a more open floor plan plus many other repairs, the list goes on and on.

Put in notice that no wipes, ect are to be put in toilet and no GREASE is to be put in kitchen drains, that was our most frequent call..

They just want more storage space, and I understand because the kitchen is small.
