Ann Watkins the Internet attracts a lot of wannabes, and it's an easy place for some people to play out their RE investing fantasies, so as a service provider beware :) At first you sounded like a troll, but I gotta admit it was kinda funny too ;) Wonder how many feathers you will ruffle, but OTOH I understand your frustrations too.

Look to the state requirements for eviction and abandoned of property and collections.Stay with local custom over anything you read on the internet, other than law, as any issue you may have will be under that jurisdiction. :)

I realize you can research statistics for different areas to try and find ones that are more investment friendly than others but even doing this in so many pockets within such a large city seems like an overwhelming task.Would love to hear some of the strategies that you guys in large markets use to narrow down and pinpoint specific areas to concentrate your efforts on.Thanks
