I imagine that a tenant who doesn't pay for utilities doesn't care much about running the heat or AC all day or leaving their lights on.Do you have programmable thermostats?  

I'm working these next couple weeks on building my team then I will look at trying to implement systems to make the process easier (wifi locks, synchronization apps, etc.)

If it should go past that, we may implement a payment plan for one month to be divided up and included in the next 3 months rent.
