Regardless of the type of business...driveshare, handmade jewelry, auto repairs, food truck, whatever...you must also determine the cost of them operating that business, PLUS the cost of normal living expenses.

What is a food lender for a celoc for commercial multifamily property 

(soap, water, beer, food, welcome items).

If it's food splashed on the wall or the lawn isn't cut, I would expect the tenant to correct the violation.

Refi it into something long term then. food for thought.

There's a pocket of really cool homes in the historic district that you can get tax breaks on if you fix them up (intricate process) and there's a good opportunity to BRRRR in the area when that's not the case in much of Durham due to home prices but renters are there - you just have to know what the renters want :)It's also a cool little area nonetheless with great people and awesome food.

We also label fridge and pantry shelves so that they are guaranteed room for their food.
