So I might look to find an inexpensive 1 or 2 bedroom property and hope to break even on it that one.Also there is a lot of competition on some of the beach rentals.I was surprised how cheap I could rent a condo at Myrtle beach so research would need to be done.There are several article on BP's about where people are making a healthy return on their VRBO's so I would search here first.
