We often end up finding out their credit score or income doesn't cut it only after we've shown them around, which honestly feels like a bit of a time sink.So, I was thinking, whenever someone hits us up on Zillow wanting to check out the place, maybe I could just ask upfront if their credit score is over 600 and if they're pulling in more than $6,000 a month.

I pay $1200 for a one bed/one bath apartment...I feel hesitant to get into a property and how long would it take to go through, move in, etc....if I hope to leave in a year (again, likely won't be that fast).

So, yes, I feel there might be a bit of a discount on the commission if they are getting so many units to sell, but they are still putting in a lot of work, so I wouldn't grind them too hard.

Its my first time seeing this particular product.based off of the low entry cost, Id be curious of the interest rate, have a feeling it would be hi, but you could get in.If you have no capital, how are you going to make the interest payments.
