What I'm looking for in BiggerPockets is a chance to connect with people in all aspects of real estate and find a team to work with.  

It's not for the stickers, it is for the system of organizing a team of drivers and tracking the leads.

My team is actively buying in Kansas City and can assist you in Property Management after you leave.

Investing out of state without knowing the people seems threatening.I wonder how people build  local teams without traveling there?

I am active duty myself and my team is comprised of veterans.

I have a team in place that can help you with underwriting and analyzing the numbers of deals.  

I already have a great team of subs, but the biggest challenge I foresee is getting started and obtaining the first 10, 25, 50 doors.Are there any legal issues with paying referral fees for something like this?

I have family in Wilmington and have considered doing some buy and holds there so I'm interested in knowing what areas of town you invest in and if you have any local team members there you could recommend?  

I am very excited to begin building a great team and start investing aggressively there but would consider investing anywhere if the deal was right.  

If you're well connected and have a good team, you should be getting at least 1 deal per week you could say "yes'' to.
