Ive been investing for a few years now and have 3 properties which are STR's and all cash flow.I own all these properties under my LLC which is the holdings and operating.I have a bank account with Chase where all the money from these rentals is deposited which is under this same LLC and I am a single member.Now that I am getting ready to graduate college and take investing more serious what is the best structure for me?

You have to know how to play the game to come out ahead. 

It's more important that your CPA be very well versed in what you are doing, (real estate investing, buy and hold, flipping, note buying, mhp, or whatever) along with SDIRAs etc if you are doing that.  

So, they waste your time arguing that their voucher qualifies them for a property when it does NOT.3) S8 caseworkers tell applicants NOT to pay a deposit or holding fee until property passes inspection - which can often take 2+ weeks to schedule.

Investment Info:Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Finding a contractor that is high quality, reasonably priced, but also somehow available right when you need them to start - not 4 months later, so you sit paying holding costs on an empty, distressed property. 

I am mostly interested in buy-and-hold deals of SFH up to $150K.I would be happy to get to know agents working in the area and start building a local team.

I think the license serves as a way to legitimize yourself and holds you to certain standards when working with sellers.
