My partner is getting frustrated, and so am I.  

So frustrating. 

But today when the non collateral fee was announced, my excitement became frustration quickly.

It was extremely frustrating because even if i found a great deal someone would outbid me.

as frustrating as this is. it really brings up an interesting question when the owner doesn't get a share of the late fee.say the rent is $100 and the late fee is $10. in january the tenant is late but pays $100 rent. who gets how much? 

Because of the difficulties we faced with our realtor when it was time to sell, I made the conscious decision to get my real estate license and vowed to never go through the frustrations, headaches and money left on the table that we encountered.

Advice about buying equity, cash flow, stick to your numbersetc are very one dimensional and typically lead to frustration and giving up.

If lenders are asking you for more then find a different lender.It's just frustrating not having a better idea of who the lender is going to use for the appraisal.
