Is Wilmington Island / Tybee typically a good market for buy and hold cash flow properties because it seems like the good deals are very hard to find....everything seems WAY overpriced.

If Alex " I dont wanna contact the sales department" L was the expert he claims he is, I'd be making millions in Y-Town on a weekly basis selling properties for double what they are worth for every single landlord in the city. lol I'd prolly just go ahead and retire in a few months and maybe fly my family down to the fantasy island Alex L is living at to toss some beers back.

@Isaac Wall Savannah has regulations in place for STVR which limited to the properties only in Historic, Victorian and Streetcar Districts, however a lot of people have great success on the islands.
