Hello BP Community,We have grown our portfolio quite a bit over the last few years starting from 4 units in 2018 to almost 50 without outside investment and in multiple states.

Is that how it works for out of state investment?

Investment Info:Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Please recommend a SAFE way to invest cash ( ~20k) for a short period of time, about 6 months. 

The person I sold it to made $40k weeks later doing nothing to the property but listing it on the MLS.All because he had more leverage.He knew I was in a tight situation financially and took advantage of me.He turned me into a motivated seller.

I come from the Financial Independence Retire Early (FIRE) community and have already reached my financial goals.

It is a job not investing.

A couple of my investors are looking to invest in this particular market and just looking to get an idea of the average price per acre for large rural farmland properties.
