Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $312,500
Cash invested: $90,000
Sale price: $425,000

This is a home that we are now kicking ourselves for selling! We rented it as a mid-term rental & it was cash flowing over $700 a month.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Initially we had this home built to be a primary residence for us & later decided to rent it.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

New construction. No negotiations. We funded it ourselves.
