I’ve really been trying to weight the pros and cons of having it.

@Cole Jackson sad to say man but asset based lending across the country is drying up faster than sand at the beach.

(some of which I've since sold).The temptation to grow the portfolio is strong, and in many ways that's a good move to make to grow the wealth far more and faster at that.

BP Family,I am looking to see if others have done something similar to this and or experienced this and what have you found to work best.I closed on a property in the business name to BRRRR as I found a portfolio lender that can turn Commercial loans faster and without limitations. 

If you’re okay moving back in with your parents or crashing on a friends couch if it takes longer than expected, then maybe you quit and go full time.I’d definitely build my business faster without commuting back and forth to the pentagon every day.

And we could still work to pay down mortgages faster than the length of time financed but we would have extra cash to use when opportunities arise.

And I'll have no extra weight to burden me when I break out next time.  

I live in CA and although I know there are deals everywhere, I feel like I can scale faster starting out in other areas.

I chose to study for my Brokers license first since it’s much faster to get experience under my belt, then I plan to enroll in a traditional university to earn a degree in Urban planning.

When looking for a property, put the minimum down for the down payment and after you have enough savings to cover the unexpected use the 'extra' money from the rental to pay off your truck faster.
