Platte County has high property taxes, but excellent schools/hwy access, etc.

@Logan Williams I think you have an excellent background to set yourself up to do well in this business. 

I have found a few multi's that, with a little work could turn some excellent cash flow, in my opinion.

J's book is an excellent place to start because it condenses and focuses a lot of the most important information that's relevant to what you're doing.

You should research some of the excellent materials that are available (dash board) on these pages; the pod casts, the blogs, the controls, the forms are all excellent and best of all they have been developed by individuals that are active in the field.
