The court case online reads as: Case Name: RESIDENTIAL FORCIBLE ENTRY AND DETAINER (POSSESSION AND MONEY JUDGMENT) 1,500.01 - 15,000Current Status: POSSESSION OF REAL ESTATE CLOSING MONEY JUDGMENT- FILEDNext hearing is for July 12th if he is not out by then, but I will push for it to happen even sooner if he is not out by July 1st.

In the process, I found a nice little house with an overgrown yard and a board on the door with a small paper sign stating that no entry is allowed as the house is vacant.I looked up the owner on the city's site, and then looked up the owner, and found that she was deceased.

If I forget, I can manually create an entry using the odometer readings or simply enter a starting odometer reading of 0, and and ending reading equal to the total miles to record.The GPS tracker feature (see screen shot) is simply to use.

When you got a vacancy, and do double entry bookkeeping, you put cash in, I have an account called owner contribution to account for the cash I put in.What you call: the all in number, negative return on investment, general vacancy reserve pot, isn't accounting lingo.
