Hello all! Excited to be here and finally do an intro. I'm very new to REI, but so far the info on BP is very encouraging. My goal is to have a rental property by the end of the year and I already have an eye on a small condo as an entry level property. The numbers work well and it looks like a 10-11% ROI. I have questions about how do I find a tenant if I get the property? I've been playing the no-tenant scenario in my mind a lot and feel like I can manage a 2-3 month vacancy. Any tips on that end would be appreciated.

Also, I've tried to upload a picture, but do you have to be a PRO member to have a picture? Sorry, I'm just getting used to the BP website layout. Thanks all in advance!
