Curious to know, in your experience how have you encountered things like this? 

If you encounter any problems the best thing to do is just ask, there’s lots of people that are willing to help out.

If it is true they are doing 10+deals in matter of weeks after returning from a weekend training with investors funds,  I find it quite unsettling that many people are investing with them with no experience and will eventually encounter problems.  

Your wife very likely does not, and only understands the higher wages/benefits package role as a way to get ahead.

Most of this I knew going in, but the magnitude I'm encountering I didn't exactly plan for.Woke up in a panic last night thinking about all the things.

This week the lender sent me a package to complete for communication about the loan as there are no living parties on the loan.
