If so, I would get that property as efficient and tightened up as possible and then move onto the next one.

I take down the address and look it up on Zillow to check out photos and past sales history.

I am very diligent when it comes to communicating with the client, whether the news is good or bad, and I interact with the client in a efficient way so they don't have to worry themselves with having to "micro-manage" a bunch of contractors on a project.

The one thought that has not been addressed too much is your exit strategy. 

I was able to secure owner-financing, and have since addressed the title issue.  

Does Massachusetts require that I put anything else on the card ie... license number, broker address, etc?
