I think it really depends on your track record, financial position, and ability to raise other funds.

However I am not clear if my track record as a business owner and of a commercial building is the kind of experience that is expected of someone trying to leverage out to bigger multi-family buildings.

Crowdnetic is a company that tracks crowdfunding and their quarterly report shows real estate leading by 3x over the next closest industry (retail).The marketplaces in the industry leading the charge in real estate are Fundrise, Realty Mogul, Patch of Land, RealCrowd, iFunding.

We all now generally, real estate is hot right now, but as my portfolio grows, I'd like to have much tighter handle on what the market is doing.1)Regionally2)State Level3)NationallyWhat tools are you using to track these things ? 

So far we are on track to do so WITHOUT the additional investment and with the only debt being 28k split between a Visa Card and a Business LOC (mostly going to support an aggressive rehab schedule).

I didn't complete many of my goals (more specific), my real estate goals for 2014 enumerated:Cedric, you are to be commended for writing down your goals, keeping track of them, being accountable to them, and evaluating them in terms of past performance.  

@Jeffrey Lester Im not sure how exactly to become an unliscenced agent, but you are on the right track by trying to leverage the connection that you have.
