Have a lawyer draw up the ownership documentation for the business including the succession plan if people expire.When you purchase the home, the Title of the home would be put in the business name.

Her bank can draw a check and mail it to you each month.If there isn't a maintenance guy than you're all set, because you dont have to worry that she'll call anyone else other than you with any concerns.I'm a firm believer of "get it in writing".

The timer uses little pins that can be pulled completely out, so I bought extra timers to get the pins.
