HI Dominic....If you and your wife are both on that LLC and you're in CT which isn't a community property state that LLC needs to be reporting a partnership return form 1065.

to answer your question regarding JWB I do believe they operate primarily in C-D class area's in duval county/jacksonville...i've sold them several properties throughout the yrs via assignable contract and most if not all were in the area's i've described...there's other turnkey providers located in jacksonville however by far JWB marketing is head and shoulder above the competition thats why they dominate the local market here.I hope that helps.Mocellie

I believe that most people, unless they are talented at being an elite investor, should just be an LP role in a syndication due to the scalability and being able to spread their capital across different leads, business plans, asset classes, and geographical locations.

You'll want to know what the process is for tenants to communicate service requests to the PM, as well as your role in the process.
