Relevancy will be based on the keywords and meta data included in your website. 

I have verified some of them from public data. 

It is a great service for the kansas city market but not sure if it has all of the data you are looking for for your market?

@Darius White Rentometer, zillow, city-data, and the US Census are great resources.

I'm using wholesaling as my entry and so far I've locked up and sold contracts on 5 properties.

The data is collected on a sheet that includes the time and date stamp so you know the order of the responses. 

So the barrier for entry is much higher.

I always look at somebody's incentives when reading an article like that with little substantiating data.
