I'm a college student and I'm trying to find a way to live almost to completely rent free.

I humble myself to be a student everyday is a new learning experience for me Although because I am very new to Real Estate investing, I have a lot of ideas and goals I want to set for myself.I want to get hands on very soon into flipping my First project soon.

We have a student house which originally cost us $125K.  

You might consider Niche or Specialized Housing like student housing.

I am a student in his system and so far his team has been extremely helpful and accessible.

I could use some direction in finding a good place to start as you all must know,  most of us college students are broke and poor.

The renters were students at a private university. 

Also, many of the students do not want to live in multi family units.
